My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, being very close to the famous Recoleta cemetery and within a nice and safe area of Buenos Aires. The rooms, although featuring a comfortable bed with a view, were let down by cramped, outdated bathrooms. The service was promising, with attempts to help, but some services were not delivered. Dining options were creative and enjoyable, but the facilities were lacking in some areas. In terms of value for money, it was decent but could be improved.
